ENGINEERING PROCESS

Fabric Bags
-> Plexform values and understands the significance of customer deadlines. Therefore, our management team will conduct a thorough time frame analysis and prioritize a strategic plan to fulfill obligations.
-> Our engineering team will design and produce a 2D mechanical print outlining all materials required and the proper procedure to build the final packaging product. After that, the final mechanical prints are approved and a prototype will be manufactured for review. Once a successful review is conducted, our team will move into the final phase of a full production run.

Foam Dunnage
-> In order to satisfy customer requirements and needs, we must acquire either part data, a physical part or a previously finished package for reverse engineering. In addition, we will need accurate information such as proper orientation to correctly provide the footprint size, ergonomic limits and target density.​
